RS Sharma, Chief of National Health Authority clarified that all states/UTs will not get vaccines at the same time. Sharma said the visibility of booking slots will get clearer as more states and private hospitals join the program. He clarified that after the process of registration is through, users will be able to book slots only when vaccines will be available with the authorities.

DOs:
- Do schedule an appointment for your vaccination, do not step out before you have been assigned a slot.
- Do accept any vaccine given to you, all vaccines being administered in India are safe and have been approved after following all safeguards.
- Do reach your vaccine centre on time
- WEAR MASK, WEAR MASK, WEAR MASK.
- Do wear comfortable and loose clothes to make your arm easily accessible to health staff for injection.
- Do wait only in the observation area, don’t loiter around.
- Do keep your mask on at all times.
- Do keep yourself well-hydrated, carry your own water bottle.
- Do maintain social distancing while at the centre.
DON’Ts:
- Don’t miss your appointment.
- Don’t remove your mask at any cost.
- Don’t reach vaccine centre if you have flu-like symptoms or you have come in contact with someone who has tested positive.
