Documents and fee
In order to apply for Tatkaal Passport, you will need certain additional documents (along with the specified documents for normal application), a standard affidavit, and will have to pay a specified Tatkaal seva fee.
How to apply for Tatkaal Passport
First of all, register yourself at the online Passport Seva portal or using the mPassport Seva app.
You will be issued a unique ID, and password. Use this to log in to your account.
In your Passport application, choose ‘Tatkaal’ option under scheme type.
Fill up necessary details, and upload the applicable documents.
Pay the specified fee, and book an appointment.
