You have to download the form through the official website of LPG for offline application which http://mylpg.in/docs/unified_form-DBTL.pdf download the form from here!
Then you should have the necessary documents like Aadhaar card, bank passbook, gas connection book etc.
Fill in the customer ID and all the information you ask for in the form !
After filling the form you can submit the form to your distributor! And do not forget to accept it!
The verification process takes place after the document form is submitted! Your Aadhaar card will then be linked to gas connection subsidy!

First of all, you have to register your mobile number with your distributor!
After that you need to visit the official website of the gas connection! Here’s what you need to fill in!
