State Bank of India (SBI), country’s largest commercial bank offers Green PIN facility to customers which is an easy and convenient way to generate Debit card PIN through various channels like ATM, Internet Banking, IVR and SMS.
The Green PIN was basically an initiative towards paperless banking to benefit both customers and employees of the bank.
Because of Green PIN generation, employees are not required to maintain physical custody of ATM PIN, instead, they can be deployed to other beneficial operational analysis.
