Realme 3 Pro

Realme has introduced some impressive smartphones since its debut in India last year and the Realme 3 Pro is no different. A decent upgrade over its predecessor – Realme 2 Pro – the new Realme 3 Pro smartphone packs enough bells and whistles to make it our top picks in this segment. In our review, we found the phone to be a capable device with a solid performance. The phone didn’t show any signs of lag and the UI is speedy. Realme 3 Pro also provides great battery life and the phone ran for 14 hours and 13 minutes in our HD video loop test.

Realme 3 Pro’s dual camera setup captures good detail in images shot in daylight, however they lack a bit of sharpness. The low-light performance is average, and focus is often soft. Among the cons, the laminated back panels of the smartphone scuffs easily and the company is still sticking with Micro-USB port in the Realme 3 Pro.

Realme is selling three variant of the Realme 3 Pro – 4GB + 64GB, 6GB + 64GB, 6GB + 128GB – however, only the 4GB RAM variant is available in this budget.

Oppo K1

Oppo K1 is the only smartphone in this price bracket to come with an in-display fingerprint sensor. Although the smartphone was launched with a price tag of Rs. 16,990, it has recently received a price cut to bring it under Rs 15,000. The phone packs a number of great features, which make a great option to anyone planning to get a new phone in this segment. In our review, we found the smartphone to be packing a bright display with saturated colours and good visibility under direct sun. The screen is great to consume media as the colours really pop of the phone and the black levels are satisfyingly deep.

The Oppo phone also provides a solid performance everywhere, whether it is gaming or day-to-day usage. Another positive for the phone is its battery life and the phone lasted for 12 hours and 36 minutes in video loop test. The onboard cameras are decent with main camera captured good details both in close-ups and landscape shots, however the low-light performance is average. A big annoyance with the Oppo K1 is the spam notifications being pushed by some of the pre-installed app on the phone.

Oppo is offering just one variant of the K1 in the county with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage…..Read More>>>
